Sibling Relay · Seller based in Italy

Sibling Relay is operated by a seller based in Italy and offers digital products to US customers. The operator named above is responsible for your personal information. This notice explains our approach under the GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

What we collect and why

We collect your email when you join the waitlist, contact support or place an order. Waitlist records may include the version of the page you saw and the campaign source that brought you here. We use these to send the launch notice you requested and understand sign-ups. You can leave the waitlist or unsubscribe by emailing us.

When purchases are available, order details may include your name, email, products, amount, currency, purchase date, payment reference and any billing information required by the payment provider or tax law. We use these to process payment, deliver your download, provide support and refunds, and keep required accounting records. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by this site.

Hosting services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We keep a browser-specific cookie-choice record on your device and server: your choice, time, notice text and the region detected, or an unresolved region. A checkout reference connects your advertising choice and original browser information to a purchase. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained if you later decline.

Cookies and optional advertising measurement

Essential storage supports the site and remembers your cookie choices. Optional analytics or advertising cookies are not required to buy or join the waitlist. No separate analytics service is currently installed.

If a Meta Pixel is configured, it loads only after you select Accept. It shares page visits, product-page views, successful waitlist sign-ups and checkout starts (including the order total in USD) with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and optimization. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page address and cookie identifiers. Meta's own ad-click and impression counts do not require you to accept this site's cookies.

After you explicitly accept the notice covering purchase matching, we also send confirmed purchase events through Meta's Conversions API to measure and optimize our ads. These contain the purchase time, payment-session reference for deduplication, actual amount, currency USD, a product code and your email hashed using SHA-256, together with your original browser information and this site's home address without query strings. Hashing is not anonymization: Meta can use the hashed email to match a purchase to an account. We send no product names, descriptions or custom parameters in these server purchase reports. We do not share filled-in worksheets, family care information or payment-card details. Earlier cookie acceptance under a notice excluding email sharing does not authorize this matching.

You can select Decline or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings, or contact support to withdraw advertising consent associated with an order. Declining stops new browser and server advertising events, including delayed reports; it does not undo data already received by Meta. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals for this tracking. Both the choice recorded before checkout and your latest choice must allow purchase matching. We do not replay purchases blocked when they occurred. Changing the choice also applies to other open tabs.

Our legal reasons for using information

We rely on your consent for waitlist launch messages and optional advertising cookies; on performance of a contract for orders, delivery and order-related support; on legal obligations for tax and accounting records; and on legitimate interests in site security and responding to general inquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who processes it

We use service providers for payment processing, email delivery, and hosting and data storage. They receive only information needed for their services. Lovable Cloud hosts this site's waitlist data. Payment and email providers will be identified when those services are selected; checkout may also link to the payment provider's privacy notice. If you accept enabled advertising tracking, Meta also receives the information described above. We may disclose information when legally required.

Some providers may process information outside Italy or the European Economic Area, including in the US. Where GDPR requires it, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards applying to your data.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while needed for the requested launch messages, or until you ask to leave. Support records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and related claims. Orders and invoices may need to be retained for up to 10 years under Italian accounting rules. Cookie-choice evidence is retained while needed to demonstrate and respect your decisions. We delete or anonymize data when its purpose ends, unless a legal obligation requires retention.

Your choices and rights

Email support@siblingrelay.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, or to withdraw waitlist consent. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond to GDPR rights requests within one month, with any lawful extension explained. Deletion cannot always include records we must retain by law.

You may complain to Italy's data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or another competent authority. Please do not send health records, financial account details or filled-in family worksheets through the waitlist or support form. This product is for adults, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
