These terms apply to Sibling Relay digital products sold to US customers by the Italy-based operator identified above. By buying, you agree to these terms. Please contact us if anything is unclear before ordering.

Your purchase and delivery

The product description explains the files and extras included. Prices are in US dollars. The checkout shows the total, including any applicable taxes, before you pay. Digital files are delivered electronically after successful payment; no physical product is shipped. The Kit is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

You need an email address, internet access and software capable of opening PDF files. Fillable fields require a compatible PDF reader. The shared Sheet requires access to Google Sheets. Contact us if a download is missing or does not work.

How you may use the files

You may download, fill in, print and share the purchased files within your own family for personal use. You may not resell them, publish them for general download or distribute them commercially. Sibling Relay retains the rights to the original product materials. You control and are responsible for the information you enter in your copies and whom you share it with.

This kit is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. Always follow the guidance of your parent's healthcare providers and qualified professionals in your country.

We do not promise a particular health, legal, financial or family outcome. Keep sensitive worksheets secure and share them only with people authorized to see them.

Refunds and your legal rights

Our 30-day Use-It-This-Weekend Guarantee gives you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us from your order email. Refunds go back to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy.

This guarantee is additional to any mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, immediate delivery of digital content removes that right only if you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of that right at checkout. These terms alone do not obtain that consent. Rights for defective or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

Privacy, responsibility and disputes

Our Privacy policy explains how we use personal information. We take reasonable care to provide the described files and access, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Italian law applies to these terms, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you under the law where you live. These terms do not require you to give up a legally protected right to bring a claim in your local courts. Please email us first so we can try to resolve a problem.

Updates apply to future purchases; the terms and guarantee offered when you bought continue to apply to that purchase.
